Men have probably been shaking hands since the dawn of time. It’s an important ritual, probably akin to two dogs sniffing butts when they’re introduced, but without all of the grossness associated with putting noses and anuses together. Described by a friend of mine as “the worst 5 seconds of his life,” tasers (or tazers) send enough electricity into a man to interrupt the brain’s ability to control their muscles. It locks you up. If someone’s getting rowdy, this will stop ‘em every time. Tasers are the great equalizer; it doesn’t matter how big or tough you are, everyone gets punked by the taser. Read more →

I grew up watching my Dad come home from work every day, exhausted after hanging drywall for ten hours, his shirt smeared with white stains from the salt in his sweat.  He put his lunch box in the kitchen, then went straight out to the driveway to recharge the air conditioner on my Mom’s car or to the basement to unclog the sewer line.  Read more →
